| 摘 要： | 亚美尼亚共和国《文化基本法》于2002年12月19日生效，该法从公民在文化领域的基本权利、中央政府以及地方自治机构在文化领域的职权、国家文化财产、国家与创作者关系、对外文化合作与文化交流等方面对文化活动给予保障，对亚美尼亚文化发展起到重要的促进作用。

| Abstract: | On December 19 2002,The Law on Fundamentals of Cultural Legislation of the Republic of Ar-menia took effect.The law gives security to the cultural activities,and has an important role in promoting cultural de-velopment of the Republic of Armenia on the citizens＇basic rights in the field of culture,the government of the Repub-lic of Armenia and local autonomous organizations’power in the field of culture,the cultural property of the Republic of Armenia,the relationship between the state and the creators,and oversea cultural cooperation and exchanges. |
