| 摘 要： | 人类的发展在经历了农业化社会、工业化社会之后,正大步向信息化社会迈进,知识经济的崛起,又将人类推向学习化社会的入口处。对于任何一个人、一个民族、一个国家而言,学习就似生命力、创造力,不可或缺。时代的发展向社会和每一个社会人提出新的要求,我们必须进行终身教育,努力构建学习化社会。

| Abstract: | After going through the agricultural society and the industrialized society, the human society is marching towards the information-based society rapidly. The emergence of the knowledge economy pushes the human beings into the entrance of the study-based society. Study is similar to the vitality and the creativity for us. And it is indispensable to every person, every people and even every nation. With the development of the times, the society and the people who live in the society are facing new task— we must carry on lifelong education and make great efforts to establish the study-based society. |
