| 摘 要： | 从分析大学人才培养全过程出发，提出建立本科教育质量保证体系的必要性。借鉴ISO9000质量管理体系的基本思想和方法，构建本科教育质量保证体系；根据人才培养过程中的关键影响因素和关键环节，认为质量保证体系应包括质量目标、资源管理、过程管理和质量监控4个一级过程；按照全面质量管理理念，提出实施质量保证体系的运行要求。

| Abstract: | Starting from the entire process of analyzing the talent cultivation in universities, it brought forward the necessity of setting up a undergraduate course education quality guarantee system, and using the basic ideology and way of ISO9000 quality management system for reference to construct the undergraduate course education quality guarantee system. Based on the key influential factors and key links, it holds that the quality guarantee system ought to include the quality target, the management of resources, the management of process and the four Class A processes of monitoring and control of quality, and has raised the operative demands of putting the quality guarantee system into practice in the light of the idea of overall management of quality. |
