| Abstract: | Lifelong sports in the basic of school sports. It will affect the teaching reform of the sports deepiy. It is one of the targets of our institutes of higher learning to cultivate the students' sense of lifelong sports. With the summary of out work experience of teaching reform of the special class of girl students' bodybuilding, this thesis gives an exposition of how to cultivate students' sense of lifelong sports through the positioning of teaching target the choice of teaching content and the way of teaching,etc. of the special class of bodybuilding. |
