| 摘 要： | 针对传统的运动控制器大多采用PCI或ISA总线且成本高等不足,提出采用CY7C68013设计一款运动控制接口模块用于数据的高速采集及处理的设计方案。硬件主要包含主控制模块、编码器采集模块、USB通讯模块和串口通讯模块,阐述了各模块的设计原理及功能。软件部分包含固件程序、USB驱动程序和上位机控制程序,给出了程序的流程图及其部分主要代码。模块采用USB2.0总线与上位机通信,解决了低成本、高速传输和即插即用等关键问题,为设备的便携化设计提供了一种有效的技术方法。目前模块已成功应用在便携式倒立摆产品中。 |
