| 摘 要： | 从管理学的角度，探讨网络时代高校图书馆管理创新的重要意义及其目标，提出了图书馆管理创新的主要内容，组织机构的变革与创新，服务内容与方式的创新，信息资源建设的创新，同时，阐述了图书馆管理创新的基本途径；建设一支具有创新素质的队伍；提出一种新的发展思路；创立一套新的组织机构，制定一套新的管理方法，设计一种新的运行机制，进行一项制度创新。

| Abstract: | The author discusses the importance and the targets of the innovation in managing the libraries of the higher educational institutions during the network times. The major contents of innovation in management are as following: the organizational innovation; the service innovation; the information construction innovation. Meanwhile, the author also explains the managed methods of the innovation in the library, a staff of high quality with innovatory should be constructed; a new train of thoughts should be developed; an organizational structure should be found; a new kind of mechanism should be drawn up; an innovative system should be done. |
