| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济高速发展的过程中，利用票据犯罪的不法分子越来越多，票据犯罪的特点呈现多样化、智能化和集团化。针对票据犯罪的特点，制定相应的防范措施并加大对犯罪分子的处罚，以利于票据市场的规范化，减少和杜绝票据犯罪的发生。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of socialistic market economy, there are more and more bill crimes with the characteristics of diversification, intelligence and group. According to such characteristics, corresponding precaution measures should be made, along with severe punishment, which might be helpful to standardize the bill market and reduce bill crime rate. |
