| 摘 要： | "多元化"教学是具有现代意识的一种教学模式,它以培养创新精神和实践能力为重点,对提高人才培养质量具有十分重要的实践价值。本文结合专业教学实践,就以"多元化"教学为基本模式,提高任职教育模式下人才培养质量的有关问题进行了初步探讨。
