| 摘 要： | 教师教学效能作为影响学生的学业成绩的重要预测变量一直是教育心理研究的热点，本对苏北地区362名中学体育和非体育教师教学效能感进行了比较研究。结果表明体育教师个人教学效能感高于理科教师。理科教师一般教育效能感高于体育教师。

| Abstract: | Teachers teaching efficiency as an important predictable viable that affects studends achievement is always a popular topic studyed by enducational psychology.This article discusses the sense of teaching efficiency of 362 physical and non_physical teachers in high school in the northern part of jiangsu.The results indicate:The individual Sense of Teaching Efficiency (ISTE) of the physical teacher is higher than that of the others.However.General Sensn of Educational Efficiency(GSEE)of the physical teachers is lower than that of the others. |
