| 摘 要： | 动机是影响外语学习效果的最直接因素。在以英语专业学生为对象的外语教学过程中，教师应组织多种教学手段和策略，发挥学习者的主体性，从而激发起学生学习外语的积极性，增强他们的学习动机，这将对外语教学有很大的启示作用。
