| 摘 要： | ＂直隶模式＂是清季新政时期创设的有直隶特点,走在全国前列的一套方法和样式。直隶改革取得了成效并形成一种经验,或中央政府予以采纳和推广,或被其他省份自觉仿效和借鉴。＂直隶模式＂涉及军政、警政、学务和宪政等领域。

| Abstract: | Zhili-Mode,a series of methods and patterns preceding other provinces with Zhili characteristics,was founded by Yuan Shikai in the Late-Qing Government Reform.The effective Zhili reform was popularized by the central government and imitated by other provinces.Zhili-Mode involved such fields as commerce and army,police,education and constitution,etc.This article focuses on the fields,manifestation forms,characteristics,forming causes and influences of Zhili-Mode in the Late-Qing Government Reform. |
