摘    要:通过对菌丝体生物量、胞外多糖产量、胞内多糖及虫草素进行测量分析,研究了不同水平的保幼激素Ⅲ对蛹虫草液体发酵培养的调控作用。在培养的早期阶段(1d),保幼激素Ⅲ对蛹虫草菌丝体生长有明显的抑制作用,但其最终产量与对照组相比仍有一定程度的增加.其中高剂量组增加了14.3%。各处理组胞外多糖产量在培养3d后即达到对照组第7天的水平.而胞内多糖含量及虫草素含量在培养ld后迅速增加,与同期对照组相比分别达到140%和362%。各处理组在整个培养过程中的生长代谢节奏与对照组有差异性。胞内多糖及虫草素产量分析表明.保幼激素Ⅲ在12mg/L水平下使得虫草素产量增加了31.2%。但对胞内多糖产量无促进作用。结果表明.保幼激素Ⅲ改变了蛹虫草菌丝体生长代谢节奏,对处于特定菌龄期(5d)的蛹虫草生长代谢具有调控作用。
