| 摘 要： | 党的十六大提出了新型工业化概念,十七大进一步提出走中国特色新型工业化道路,十八大报告则又提出了新的内涵,提出到2020年要基本实现工业化的宏伟目标。新型工业化是长株潭"两型社会"建设的重要主题之一,走新型工业化是长株潭"两型社会"建设的必由之路。经过多年的工业化实践,目前长株潭新型工业化进程处于何种程度?这个问题是新型工业化过程中一个基础性的问题,测度区域新型工业化进程是新型工业化问题研究中的一项重要内容。本文紧紧围绕新型工业化的定义和特征,设计长株潭新型工业化综合评价指标体系,采用综合指数法等方法对新型工业化进程进行综合测度,判断长株潭新型工业化所处的阶段,并进而提出加快推进长株潭新型工业化进程的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The party's sixteen largest concept of new-type industrialization, the 17 th National Congress of the CPC put forward new path of industrialization with Chinese characteristics, the eighteen report also proposed new connotation, put forward the grand goal should realize industrialization basically to 2020.New-style industrialization is the two-type society reform test of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan is one of the major themes, taking new-style industrialized way is the inevitable choice of the two-type society of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan for the construction. However, after years of industrial practice, the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan new industrialization process in what degree? This problem is in newstyle industrialized process is the problem of a foundation, measure the regional new industrialization process of newstyle industrialized problem research is an important content. The text founds and designs the synthetical measure system according to the concept of the industrialization, and using the system and synthetical index method to measure and explore the according indexes. |
