| 摘 要： | 近年来,大学毕业生就业难已成为全社会关注的一个热点.造成这一问题的主要原因,是现实与社会的对接不够紧密、人力资源流动出现结构性失衡、人才培养模式不尽合理、大学生择业观念存在偏差与就业市场体系不够完善等多种因素引起的结果.文章从大力发展经济,增加就业岗位;以社会需求为导向,深化高等教育体制改革;强化对大学生的就业指导,树立新的就业观念;完善促进大学生就业的社会政策和工作机制等四个方面出发,对缓解大学生就业压力,提出了设想以及一些具体的解决方法.

| Abstract: | Over the recent years,the tough employment of college students has become a matter of concern in the society.A number of causes account for the tough employment: incompetent acceptance of the society,a structural imbalance of human resource flow,impractical modes of talent culture,and impracticable notions of employment held by college students mingled with not-well-developed employment market system.The alleviation of the employment pressure of the students is contrived from four aspects and some concrete solutions are worked out.The four aspects involve increasing job positions by economic development,deepening the system reform of higher education based on social demands,enhancing students' employment guidance to establish new employment notion,improving social policies and working mechanism to facilitate the students' employment. |
