青石斑鱼对创伤弧菌粗制脂多糖的免疫学反应

摘    要:从石斑鱼弧菌病病原创伤弧菌中提取出粗制脂多糖(LPS)加热去毒后注射免疫石斑鱼,鱼体在较短时间(7d)内快速产生体液免疫应答,应答期在56d以上.攻毒感染后,免疫鱼显示出较强的保护功能.二次免疫效果较好

Abstract:The crude lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was extracted from pathogenic Vibrio vulnificus of Epinephelus awoara. The crude LPS was heated to reduce its toxicity. Fish were immunized with crude LPS by a single or two times intraperitoneal injection. Antibodies produced more quickly against V. vulnificus and serum agglutination antibodies reached maximum titres after 28 days when the first injection was given in E. awoara. Fish Were challenged with live pathogenic V. vulnificus 35 days and 56 days after the first immunization,all vaccinations were highly effective to against the experimental challenge, two times immunized fish was more effective.
