摘    要:近年来,我国高职院校呈现出了财力资源配置总体趋好、人力资源配置有所改善、物质资源配置逐渐转好等特点,但也存在着生均教育经费支出增速起伏不均、部分省市生师比仍未达标、“双师型”教师比例增速迟缓等问题。因此,有必要实施诸如确保生均教育经费支出稳步增长和有效监控、生师比建设的因地制宜与规则干预、强化“外引与认证”机制等策略来解决我国高职院校资源配置面临的各种问题。

Perspective of Allocation of Resources in Higher Vocational Colleges in China ~ Characteristics, Problems and Countermeasures

Abstract:In recent years,the higher vocational colleges in China are characterized by the gradually improvement in allocation of financial resources ,human resources and material resources ,there still exists some problems such as the growth rate of per student education expenditures uneven ups and downs ,the studentteacher ratio in some provinces do not reach the standard stipulated by the ministry of education,the growth of the ratio of the double-qualified teachers slow down.In order to solve these problems ,it is necessary to take countermeasures such as to ensure that the per student education funding grows steadily and effectively monitor, forming a reasonable student-teacher ratio according to the local conditions and established policies,strengthen the introduction and accreditation mechanism to change the structure of the ratio of double-qualified teachers.
