摘    要:油气管道及其附属设施是一个十分复杂的系统,时有灾难性事故发生,因此对其进行风险评价从而降低损伤的程度是很有必要的。针对现有油气管道风险评价技术的现状与不足,对油气管道风险评价系统的模糊性、非线性的动态特性,提出了将模糊神经网络应用于油气管道风险评价系统的构想,以期找出一种更能反映管道实际风险状况的评价体系。

Abstract:Petrol or gas pipes and its subsidiary facilities are a complex system and disastrous accidents happen at times.So,it is necessary to make risk assessment and reduce the loss of accident for it.After analyzing existed limitations of present risk assessment technique and dynamic,fuzzy and non-linear features of the system,the article puts forwards the idea that the fuzzy nervous system can be applied in the assessment system of the pipe risk assessment,in the hope of finding out an assessment system better reflecting the actual risk situations of pipes
