| 摘 要： | 随着人们生活水平的提高及全民健身运动的开展，群众性排球运动有了一定的进步，但我们也看到群众性排球运动的普及深度与广度不够。这一情况，一方面直接影响了竞技排球运动的开展；另一方面又制约了全民健身运动的开展。因此，不管是基于竞技运动还是基于全民健身运动，对影响群众性排球运动普及的主要因素进行研究具有重要意义。影响我国群众性排球运动的普及和开展的主要因素有以下几方面：运动特点因素、文化因素、参与者因素、政策因素、媒体因素等并在此基础上提出相应的建议。
