断裂力学柔度测试方法中的公式研究

摘    要:基于柔度测试方法,提出了J积分增量算式;对CT试样,提出了裂纹嘴张开位移V0和加载线裂纹张开位移VLL之间的V0~VLL转换算式,裂纹长度a与弹性模量E计算的简化算式。基于适合同时测试V0和VLL的CT试样设计,对45#钢CT试样进行了多级加-卸载,对CT试样的V0~VLL转换算式进行了试验验证。计算与试验结果表明,新公式具有良好精度。

Study on Formulas in Fracture Mechanics Testing Technique Based Compliance of Specimens

Abstract:Based compliance testing of a Compact Tensile(CT) or a three point bending(SEB) specimen with a crack,this paper gives a formula with increment form to calculate plastic part of J-integral,two formulas for a CT specimen and a SEB specimen to transform crack open displacement(COD) V_0 at crack mouth to COD V_(LL) at loading line,and simplified formulas to estimate crack length a and effective young's modulus E.Furthermore.CT specimens of 45 steel with new design to realize the measuring of V_0 and V_(LL) of them were produced and the relation between V_0 and V_(LL) of the specimens was investigated.The results show that the formula given to describe the relation between V_0/V_(LL) and load of the specimens accords with the testing results better.
