| 摘 要： | 由于长期受"重购置,轻管理"、"重拥有,轻效益"、"重使用,轻维修"等传统仪器设备管理理念的制约,我国高校仪器设备购置后管理大都停留在帐目管理阶段,往往忽视效益和维修的管理.该文将高校对设备购置后管理的一些新的研究成果与本校的实际情况相结合,对设备购置后管理的内容、手段及其相互关系等进行了梳理和总结,提出了由帐目管理、效益管理、维修管理架构的仪器设备购置后管理的新模式,并且对效益管理进行了重点阐述.

| Abstract: | Restrained by the managerial concepts that stress on purchasing, quantity and using while neglecting management, efficiency and maintenance of the equipment, most of Chinese universities and colleges still stay in the stage of accounting management. This paper analyzes the contents and specific methods concerning post- purchase management, based on related research results and practices. Moreover, it proposes a new managerial model founded on accounting, efficiency and maintenance, with special emphasis on efficiency. |
