摘    要:人性化“深度定位”的管理理念,是在企业管理模式中诞生出来的一种把人文关怀与创新观念相结合的全新管理理念,把它引入高校图书馆管理工作中,就要求要从读者本位出发,满足读者个性化的需求;要建立馆员互相沟通机制,优化重组馆员资源,实现1+1>2的管理效能,为读者提供高质量全方位的服务;要打造品牌价值,为读者提供特色服务;要优化组合馆员内在要素,使管理工作保持高效、高质的运转状态;要构建差异管理策略,充分发挥馆员的主体能动作用,使人性化管理得到更充分体现。

Abstract:This paper proposes the concept of "deep positioning",which is used in the field of enterprise management,for the individualized-service management of the college library.The management should cater to the individual needs of different readers.The librarians should communicate with each other.Librarian resource should be optimized and restructured,in order to provide high quality service.Brand value should be built to offer more specialized service.Moreover,special attention should be paid to giving full play to the talents of the working staff so as to guarantee efficient,high quality service and different management strategy should be constructed to reach librarians' potential.
