| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、文献资料和统计分析等方法，对厦门市城市居住区体育设施配套建设情况进行了调查，发现厦门市只有17．90％的居住区足额配套了体育设施，19．75％的居住区体育设施配套不足，而62．35％的居住区没有配套体育设施。规划缺失、法规没有得到有效执行、市场化程度不同是城市居住区体育设施配套不足的主要原因。提出了将居住区体育设施配套建设纳入城市总体规划，修改现行法规和加强行政执法协调等对策。

| Abstract: | An investigation has been made on the construction of the physical facilities in the urban residential areas in Xiamen by means of questionnaires, documentary and statistical analysis. Through the investigation, it is discovered that of all the residential areas, only 17.90% have sufficient physical facilities, 19.75% lack physical facilities and 62.35% have no physical facilities. The main reasons for the deficiency in the physical facilities in the urban residential areas are as follows; 1. The layout is imperfect. 2. The rules have not been implemented effectively. 3. The degrees of marketing are different. The paper presents following countermeasures; 1. The construction of the physical facilities in the residential areas should be included in the general layout of the city. 2. The present rules should be modified. 3. Coordination of administrative execution should be strengthened. |
