| 摘 要： | 开发利用城市地下空间资源是现代化城市建设的必然趋势。通过运用层次分析法及其评估模型对南通《城市总体规划（2009-2030）》的分析和研究,就南通城市建设未来开发利用地下空间资源的形式进行了定量评价和重要性排序,为提高利用地下空间效率提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | It is a necessary trend to exploit the underground spaces in cities in the process of urban modernization construction.In this paper,the quantitative assessment and the importance order on how to develop and utilize the underground spaces in future city construction in Nantong have been made by analyzing and studying Nantong＇s ＂Overall Urban Planning（2009-2030）＂ and using the Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） and its assessment model,which provides some decision-making basis for improving the utilization efficiency of urban underground spaces. |
