基于DEA反向物流中回收站点的选择研究

摘    要:在反向物流过程中,废品回收站的选择是一个关键问题.它可直接对反向供应链的营运模式产生很大的影响,而回收站的工作效率也会直接关系到企业乃至整个供应链的效率。基于数据包络分析(DEA)对反向物流中回收机构点的指标体系进行评价,建立了DEA评价模型,并以四家回收机构为实例进行了分析。分析结果表明,W4最优效率的权重值最大,故选第4家机构。

Abstract:The choice of waste recycling is a key issue in the reverse logistics process, which can affect on the mode of operation in reverse supply chains. The efficiency of recycle station will be related to it of the enterprise and a whole supply chain. This paper evaluated the index system of the reverse logistics station in reverse logistics based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) and developed a DEA evaluation model. Finally, it gave an example for analysis four recycle stations. The result showed that the optimun efficiency power weigeht value was w4, so the fourth recycle station was the best one.
