| 摘 要： | 时代的发展、科学的进步、社会的变革呼唤思想政治工作的加强、改进和创新。思想政治工作要无愧于改革开放和现代化建设的伟大实践,必须处理好几个问题:新时期思想政治工作的定位问题;思想道德建设中先进性要求和广泛性要求的问题;解决思想问题和解决实际问题相结合的问题;提高思想政治工作科技含量的问题,在增强思想政治工作的时代感,加强针对性、实效性和主动性上下功夫,从而使思想政治工作为改革开放、经济发展和社会稳定提供精神动力和思想保证。

| Abstract: | Because of the development of our tmes, the advances of science and technology and social innovations , We shoule be asked to strengthen, improve and bring forth mew ideas in political thoughts work. The political thoughts work should have a clear conscience of the great practice in open policy and modernixation construction, tryingto solue the follwing proldems :the location of the political thoughts work in the new period ; the aduanced and xetensive requirements in moral thoughts contruction; the linking of soluing moral and actual prblems ; Raising the technological content of political thoughts work, trying our best to increase the sense of times in Political thoughts work, Strengthening the directness, effect and initiative , So the political thoughts work can supply open policy, financial development and social stability wity the mental power and thoughts guarantee. |
