| 摘 要： | 对国内、外高校实施产学研合作教育模式的类型和特点进行了总结,就我国高校实施产学研合作教育现状以及不利影响因素进行分析,并提出了对策。

| Abstract: | Cooperation education mode of production, learning and research at home and abroad was analyzed in this paper, its types and characteristics in higher dedication were concluded. At the same time, its status quo and unfavorable factors were analyzed also. Some suggestions were put forward. |
