| 摘 要： | 随着人类文明的进步,各类环境问题日趋凸显。而当今社会的环境问题,不仅局限于传统的"三废"污染,各种新型的污染形式也日益引起大众的关注,光污染就是其中之一。我国在规制光污染方面的立法相对滞后,无法为各类光污染案件的处理提供强有力的法律依据,因而无法对受侵害人的权利进行有效保护。应把光污染问题纳入环境保护的法律法规范畴,以切实保障受害人的权益。
