| 摘 要： | 高校思政队伍建设在大学生的思想政治教育工作中起着非常重要的作用,是其组织保障。本文借用“三位一体“的理论,从高校思政队伍建设“三位一体“性的理论架构、高校思政队伍建设“三位一体“性的缺失、高校思政队伍“三位一体“性的建设三个方面对高校思政队伍建设问题加以论述。
