| 摘 要： | 语音实验室作为开展外语教学的重要基地，是高等学校教学基础设施建设的重要内容。现代教育技术的快速发展不断介入外语教学，对语音实验室的管理工作提出了更高的要求。从管理视角引入系统管理、全面质量管理、精益管理等思想和方法，建立全面质量管理体系，将推动语音实验室的科学建设与发展。

| Abstract: | As the major teaching base of foreign languages, languages lab becomes the key of the construction of basic teaching facilities in colleges and universities. Since the speedy development of modern educational technology and its involvement in foreign languages teaching, requirements for language lab management have been highly leveled. By introducing new management ideas and methods, namely systems management（SM）, total quality control （TQC） and lean management （LM）, this thesis concludes that the establishment of TQC system will hello the promotion of scientific construction and development of languages labs. |
