摘    要:阐述了近年来食品科学专业的本科生在实践能力和科研能力培养方面所面临的困难和问题;分析了现行教学大纲中“双能力”培养的缺失,以及弥补这些缺失所采取的措施;提出了利用“双轨制”的组织管理模式和运行机制,以及如何利用激励机制来提高学生“双能力”的方法。

Abstract:This paper is about the food technology students undergraduates difficulties and problems in practical ability and scientific research capacity development. Analyses existing lack of training in the dual capacity lack of training about current curricula syllabus and used to make up for lack of means of these, proposed use of dual track management mode and operation mechanism and how to use Encourage mechanism to improve their dual capacity.
