高校公共选修课教学质量评估模式探析

摘    要:高校公共选修课对于大学生综合素质的提高,尤其是其知识结构的完善,个性品质的养成,职业能力的发展等方面均有重要作用。但目前我国高校公选课存在课程功能失范的问题,文中认为导致这种问题的根本原因在于高校公选课教学质量低下。鉴于此,该文提出创新教学评价模式,在高校公选课"大委员制"的制度实施、确立教学评价对象必须是教师的教兼学生的学以及教学评价手段引入随机评价机制等方面提出了高校公选课教学质量评估的理论构建模式。

Abstract:College public elective courses have a great effect on improving college students' comprehensive quality,especially perfecting knowledge structure,forming personality character,developing vocational ability,and so on.However,college public elective courses did not exert its curriculum function at present.We think that the essential cause of the problem lies in the low teaching quality.In view of this,we proposed innovating teaching evaluation model and theoretical construction of teaching quality assessment model of college public elective courses which are in "large committee system",the teachers' teaching and the students' learning on evaluation objects and stochastic evaluation mechanism.
