| 摘 要： | 针对连续性较强的生产过程中控制系统断电问题,在以PLC为核心的控制系统中,采用软件方法实现了对系统断电时间的记录,解决了碑酒发酵过程的断续问题.

| Abstract: | As is described in the paper, in an effort to overcome shortage which continuous production suffers from, such as control system service interruption. In control system, its main controller is PLC, the time - record for control system service interruption is realized by software. The service interruption and switching are solved in process for beer fermentation. |
