| 摘 要： | 在分析了房地产估价行业特点和存在问题的前提下,讨论了以GIS技术为基础建设房地产估价信息管理系统,具体分析了系统建设的可行性、系统设计、系统的应用效果和应用前景,为将GIS技术与房地产估价这两者的结合提供了一个新的实例。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the possibility of establishing real estate management information system basic on the use of GIS technol-ogy, after researching the characteristic and existed problem of real estate industry.The subject of this paper is focus on how to design the system as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of the application.Combinating GIS technology with real estate price estimated technology, this paper gave a new example for researchers. |
