| 摘 要： | 《唐律疏议》是中国现存最早、最完整、最有影响的古代成文法典,它全面体现了中华法系的风格与特征。通过对《唐律疏议》儒家伦理化的分析,我们可以总结其中一些有益的法制及法律思想,为当今我们构建中国特色的法制体系提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | "The Tang law dredges opinion" is the earliest,the most complete and historically influential code of written law existing in China, which embodies all-round styles and characteristics of Chinese law system.Analyzed ethically from the angle of The Confucian School,some beneficial legal institutions and law thoughts could be summed up,which can be drawn lessons for the construction of the Chinese characteristic legal institutions system nowadays. |
