| 摘 要： | 教育国际化已经成为当今教育的一个大趋势。中国高等教育正在国际化的进程中焕发出新的生机与活力。中国高职教育也必须以国际化来提升自己的竞争力,实现跨越式发展。本文以后发优势理论和跨越式发展理论为指导,分析了大陆高职教育国际化的制度优势、管理优势、市场规模优势、教育结构转变优势、融资优势、环境优势、社会意识优势,以及将这种潜在优势转化为现实的策略选择,包括信息化战略、外语提升战略、集团化战略、合作联盟战略、应用技术研究推广战略、政府支持战略、梯度开发战略、内部升格战略。

| Abstract: | Education internationalization is a main trend of Education development today. China higher education is coruscating new vital force and energy in the course of internationalization. China hi-polytechnic education also has to upgrade its competition power to achieve spanning development through internationalization. Guided by the theory on the advantage of backwardness and on spanning development, this paper analyses the system advantage,management advantage,market scale advantage,transformation of education structure advantage ,financing advantage ,circumstance advantage and society consciousness advantage. It also bring forward some choice strategies to translate those latency advantages into flesh and blood advantage such as informationalization,promoting foreign language,collectivize,cooperate alliance, researching and spreading Appliance technologies,government sustaining,grads exploiture and interior promoting. |
