| 摘 要： | 集中探讨了建设创新型国家需要什么样的社会结构基础的问题。现代社会中创新的基础已经从个体研究转化为研究者之间的互动以及由互动形成的社会网络，社会网络不仅促进了知识积累和新奇思想的产生，而且推动着新思想的商业化和扩散。与此同时，社会中的信任和规范对创新则起着保护的作用。因此，建设创新型国家所需的社会结构基础，可以归纳为一种“网络化和信任型的社会”，也就是一种蕴含着丰富的社会资本的社会结构。
