第三种学习形态与基础教育课程改革

摘    要:20世纪50年代以来,知识的迅速激增导致了人类学习终身化,信息技术的快速发展导致了人类学习的社会化。面对这一变化,传统的随机学习和系统学习已经不能满足人们日益增强的、快速变化的学习需求,一种新的学习形态———系统型随机学习成为人们获取知识和发展能力的主流形态。与此同时,传统中小学校的功能和组织结构也面临越来越多的困难。作为我国基础教育课程改革的重要组成部分,一系列围绕学习目标、学习条件、学习方式和学习评价的改革措施已经出台。这些措施极大地改造了传统的学校体系,为系统型随机学习提供了越来越多的时间和空间。

Abstract:Since 1950s the quick increase in knowledge has resulted in man' s life -long learning,while the quick development of information te chnology has led to the socializatio n of man' s learning.Under such a condition,traditional random learning and systematic learning can never satisfy man' s learning requirements and as a resu lt a new learning type ---systematically random learning has become the main stream of acquiring knowledge and developing abilities.Meanwhile,t raditional function and organizati on of primary and middle schools are a lso con-fronted with more and more difficulties.Now measures for the reform,whi ch are the most important part of the curriculum reform of basic educatio n in our country,have been put forward and they mainly focus on the learnin g objectives,conditions,styles and evaluation.These measures have gre atly reformed the traditional school system and provided more and more time and space for the systematically random learn ing.
