国有企业人力资源开发的问题与对策

摘    要:国有企业中人员臃肿,效率低下一直是国有企业的通病,虽然近阶段随着现代企业制度的建立和股份制改造的全面展开,这一问题有所解决,但在人力资源开发方面国有企业依然存在着大量问题。通过分析国有企业人力资源开发中的问题及其成因,提出了搞好国有企业人力资源开发应做好的几项工作,为国有企业人力资源开发的展开提出了几点建议。

Abstract:Overpopulation and low efficiency are common weaknesses of State-owned enterprises all along,though the foundation of modern enterprise institution and stock institution reconstruction is spread,these problems are solved in some extent,but there are a lot of problems in State-owned enterprises' human resource development yet.This article analyses the problem and reasons of State -owned enterprises' human resource development,giving some suggestions and some tasks in how to develop State-owned enterprises' human resource well.
