| Abstract: | The core of higher vocational education is the establishment of practical teaching system. The nature and status of higher vocational law field and establishment of practical teaching system are all discussed in the paper, which include arrangement of practical courses, compiling of practical textbooks, development of practical bases, providing of practical instructors, design of practical methods and plan of practical steps. |
