摘    要:研究火焰原子吸收光谱法测定茶叶中的Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn等4种微量元素。以HNO3和H2O2为茶叶的分解试剂,方法简便,具有良好的精密度和准确度。测得Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn4种元素的相对标准偏差分别为1.5%、1.9%、3.2%、0.35%,4种元素的测试回收率在92.0%~106%之间。

Abstract:The paper studies the development of the determination of trace metals Zn, Fe, Cu and Mn in tea by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The method taking HNO3 and H2O2 as oxidation of tea is convenient and correct to determine elements in tea. The results show that the method has good precision and accuracy. The relative standard deviations of Zn, Fe, Cu and Mn were 1.5%,1.9%,3.2% and 0.35%. The determination recovery of the four elements is 92% - 106%.
