| 摘 要： | 走板起跳技术是跳板跳水中最难掌握和最关键的技术环节,技术和节奏上的失误会影响起跳后动作技术的完成,甚至使动作失败。因此,对走板起跳技术进行详细研究是跳板技术研究的关键。采用平面定点摄影测量与图像解析的方法,对彭勃、王克楠和王峰3位优秀男子跳板运动员参加全国锦标赛及训练期间队内测验的技术动作进行数据统计与分析,并与国内、外相关资料和国外优秀运动员的技术动作进行对比研究。研究发现,我国3名运动员跳板技术各有优缺点,如果能充分了解自身特点,取长补短,科学训练,将进一步提高技术,取得更好成绩。

| Abstract: | The approach and take-off technique is the most critical technical part in springboard diving.The fault on skills and rhythm of approach and take-off will affect the performance of springboard or even lead to failure.Therefore,the study particularly on approach and take-off technique is the first step and the key in springboard technique.In this study,2-D kinematics data of technique of three elite man springboard players,PENG Bo,WANG Ke-nan and WANG Feng,were collected in the National Championship and competition within team.Statistical analysis and data contrast were used to study the character of their techniques.The result shows that three players have their own strongpoint and shortcoming in approach and take-off technique.The suggestion of this study is that they should comprehend their own characteristics and have scientifically training to improve their performance. |
