| 摘 要： | 本文指出加入WTO是中国为更好地分享经济全球化带来的好处主动做出的重大战略选择。为实现这种战略意图,中国政府应努力改变传统体制下的政府和企业关系,以市场为取向深化政府改革,本文就这些问题进行了深入探讨并提出了相应措施。
