| 摘 要： | 卫生工作的重点在农村,难点也在农村。农村卫生工作是建设社会主义新农村和构建和谐社会的重要内容。做好农村卫生工作,必须以科学发展观为指导,以维护农民的利益为宗旨,全面推行新型农村合作医疗,建立和完善保障农民看得起病的有效机制;巩固完善乡村卫生一体化管理,建立保障农民看得好病的医疗服务体系;大力推进农村药品"两网建设",保障农民买上放心药;整顿规范农村医疗市场,保障农民就医安全,整体推进农村卫生事业发展。

| Abstract: | The key point of health undertaking lies in rural area,and the difficult point is also in rural area.Rural health work is an important part in constructing socialism new countryside and harmonious society.In order to carry out rural health work,we must be guided by scientific development outlook and the tenet of safeguarding farmers' well-being.Push forward new-type rural cooperative medical care system in an all-round way,and establish an effective mechanism to ensure that every farmer can afford medical care.Consolidate urban-rural integrated medical care management and establish medical service system to ensure that rural residents can cure their diseases.Vigorously advance the construction of rural medicine "double net",to ensure rural residents' access to reliable medicine.Rectify and regulate rural medical care market to ensure rural residents' medical safety,and push forward the rural health undertaking as a whole. |
