| 摘 要： | 和谐校园建设是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。在构建和谐校园背景下，要充分发挥高校后勤的作用，通过稳步推进后勤改革，改进临时用工管理工作，实行人性化管理和服务，创建优美和谐的校园环境，建立学生参与型后勤管理模式等方面促进和谐校园的建设。

| Abstract: | Harmonious campus construction is an important component of constructing harmonious society. In the background of building a harmonious campus, it is necessary to play the full role of the college logistics, through steadily promoting the reform of logistics, improving the management of temporary employment and implementing user-friendly management and service, to create a beautiful and harmonious campus environment, establish a logistic management pattern that participated by students and so on, which may promote the harmonious campus construction. |
