| 摘 要： | 随着科学的发展和哲学观念的转变,以实体为中心的物体的世界观,逐渐为强调关系的事件的世界观所取代.在教育管理中,过去我们所说的管理方与被管理方是一种主体与客体的关系,但是从现实的互主体性出发,它们是一种主体间性的关系;人对作为物质的客体的管理,应该是人对事件的管理.分析教育管理中事件(个案)的动态过程及其与特定社会情景(关系)的联系很有必要.
