| 摘 要： | 在复杂的社会背景下,高校学生工作既成了非常棘手的系统工程,也成了亟待解决的重大问题。为此,本文通过培育校园大气这个独特的视角,在揭示学生工作的特殊规律的同时,从培育静气、培育正气、培育生气这三个侧面研究分析高校学生工作。

| Abstract: | In the present complex society,the college student work has become a hard nut to crack,and it's an im- portant problem demanding prompt solution.This article,from the unique visual angle of deeveloping magnanimity in the campus,reveals the regular pattern of college student work,and makes a research and analysis of the work from the aspects of developing a calm,healthy and vigorous atmosphere. |
