| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,阐述乒乓球运动员焦虑产生的原因及其对比赛成绩的影响,从多方面分析乒乓球运动员赛前焦虑的调控手段,并对乒乓球运动员的赛前焦虑情绪提出相应的调节方法,为乒乓球教学和训练提供有益的参考。
