| 摘 要： | 目前,许多高校正逐步建立起以人事关系、人事档案管理为主的人事代理机制.文章通过分析在人事代理制度下做好高校人事档案管理工作的意义及存在的问题,提出相应的措施与对策,旨在进一步加强人事代理制度下的高校人事档案工作,更好地为高校的改革和发展服务.
