基于逻辑增长模型的科技人才成长规律及影响因素研究——以海洋领域科技人才为例

摘    要:分析科技人才成长的过程,将其划分为积累阶段、快速成长阶段、成熟阶段和衰退阶段,并分析人才在各成长阶段的主要特征;基于逻辑增长模型构建科技人才能力发展模型,进一步分析各阶段中影响科技人才成长的关键因素,包括学术环境、科研经历、交流活动、家庭环境、心理状态等.据此,从政府部门、高校、科技企业、人才自身4个方面提出促进产业发展、打造良好人才成长环境系统,提供优质资源、营造良好的学术氛围,建立以创新为导向的企业文化、加强校企合作,以及人才主动抓住成长机会、保持乐观心态等有助于培养高质量科技人才的对策建议.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the process of the growth of scientific and technological talents, divides them into accumulation stage, rapid growth stage, mature stage and decline stage, and analyzes the main characteristics of talents in each growth stage. Based on the logical growth model, this paper constructs the ability growth model of scientific and technological talents, and further analyzes the key factors influencing the growth of scientific and technological talents in each stage, including academic environment, scientific research experience, scientific research experience Communication activities, family environment, psychological state, etc. Therefore, from four aspects of government departments, universities, science and technology enterprises, and talents themselves, this paper proposes to promote industrial development, create a good talent growth environment system, provide high-quality resources, create a good academic atmosphere, establish an innovation oriented enterprise culture, strengthen school enterprise cooperation, and actively seize growth opportunities for talents To keep optimistic attitude is helpful to cultivate high-quality scientific and technological talents.
