| Abstract: | Periodical, the main documents recording scientific knowledge and spreading the information and achievements, is an important part of the sources of libraries in technical college. A new characteristic appeared in construction of periodical information resources under network environment, measures should be carried out in the construction of periodical information resources for improving the periodical construction and service. |
